Slow Flow/Restorative Combo
A well-balanced blend of slow mindful movements with cuing on alignment and body positioning followed by poses held in a restorative fashion to undo the physical, emotional and mental stresses of everyday life. This class is perfect for all levels however, modifications provided and beginner welcome.

Amy started practicing yoga 9 years ago, after the birth of her son as a means of exercise for the body and mental clarity. She enjoys yoga for the flexibility it brings to her body and mind, on and off the mat. In her classes she offers space to explore freely and invites you to come as you are. Her intention is to teach from a place of authenticity, guiding classes with mind-body integration and balance - with a dose of humor!
