Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, or both, this class will provide what you are looking for!
A Typical Class
Class begins with a short warm-up followed by a series of four minute exercise sequences. Each sequence is broken into eight 20/10 intervals (20 seconds of intense work followed by 10 seconds of rest). Many exercises will use just body weight, but additional tools such as barbells, kettle bells, and gliding discs may be used as well. Class will end with a short cool down and stretch.
